MPC2500 Yellow

Hey fellow Techs I looked through Threads for this issue to no avail.
Yellow toner build up on rear side of PCU causing a parotic yellow image on rear side of prints.
There is a yellow toner build up on top of PCU Cleaning blade toward rear only.
New Drum, Blade, and Transfer Cleaning Unit. I find yellow toner on rear side of secondary transfer roller as well.
This issue is yellow only.
OEM Toner used. 250k on box.
I hope someone has had this problem as I really don't want to keep shooting in the dark.

I Agree with Slim. Replace PCU at a minimum, and probably add a bag of yellow dev. These units are not meant to be rebuilt, so while you say you're using OEM toner, apparently you're not using an OEM drum

Hey wanted to follow up on this thread.
Seems my cleaning charge roller with Dirtex wasn't good enough so I grabbed some Brasso, you
know the shit we used in the Military to spiff up our Brass.
Well the print quality couldn't be any better now.
To bad charge rollers weren't readily available. Seems a waste to prematurely fill land fills with perfectly good PCU's.

If it's the old style (black coating) PCR, I use car polish (like turtle wax, etc.). Works GREAT.
If it's the new style (Greenish coating), I scrub that surface off like a scratch ticket - right down to the nylon roller

Turtle wax gives a hard shell finish. Some truth to that huh.

When the charge roller cleaning roller starts to deteriorate, you would need a new one of those as well. The key item to the overall life of a PCU is the coating bar. Once it is gone it the end of the drum.
