Start a new post of the SC672. FYI, it is not a firmware problem. If you do not know how to update firmware, hire someone who does or you run the rick of cratering the machine.

Actually I wouldn’t compromise my customers network with “free” firmware, major security risk. This could lead to severe lawsuits, if you presented hacked firmware to the network, not worth the risk call a certified tech.
