Problem with copier Ricoh C3002

I have a problem with my Ricoh-C3002.
It does not accept any factory reset keyboard commands.


All the copies we ask for it copies on both sides.
When I turn off the option through the webmonitor, it disables the copy button.

Deselect Duplex, press the "Program" button and set the current selection as default.

Deselect duplex, press the program features key, press program features as defaults, press program, if the machine asks you to log in as admin to do it that may be where it's not working.

Not having a machine in front of me to look at, I can't give you the exact key sequence. In User Tools either System Settings or Copy/Document Server Settings there is a options for setting what options are in the function boxes on the copy function screen. 1 Sided-2 Sided apparently has been deleted.

I also thought that it would be due to a configuration exclusion or something, but when I try to get back to factory faults, it will not be accepted either.

Can you do a single side copy from the main screen?

If yes then all you need to change the duplex settings on the main copy screen, then set these settings as default.

When I enter through the webmonitor and turn off the duplex option, the buttons on the printer panel are inactive.
