I cant access the 5846-046...

Where can I download the firmware?

did you do power off/on after?
If yes try also the SP5846-047 - Clears the local address book information, including the user code. (5846-046 clear all) (after sp you must reset the machine power off/on).
I forget do inverse what is described in this document and uninstall the fiery from the machine (Fierydriven key) and set SP5-985-001 to 1 http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/at...stallation-pdf

I did the SP5846-047 (I dont have access to the 046) did power off/on...
I was able to connect to the Web Interface but cant login using "admin" and the blank password

Use special sp-mode like 143 not 107 the firmware is not so important wait until you fix the rest of your problems.
DO not forget to set SP5-985-001 to 1

How do you execute the sp code? How do you enter in service menu ..by typing a code.

Current status!

I resolved all the errors and restored the birth certificate information...
I was able to do copies... and machine did a good printing...

what I still need to resolve:
1. Access the machine thru web interface
I did a reset using SP5846-047 (cant access SP846-046)
2. I still dont have the printer option in the machine

This is the normal one i say the special sp mode ...
You don't have print options until you don't do the SP5-985-001 to 1 to deactivate the fiery controler and activate the internal nic to print options

I was able to connect using the Web Interface! the reset worked great!!

Now I need to resolve just the printer option problem...
I already set the SP5985-001 to 1... power off/on but I still dont have the option

Ok i'm glad to see almost every problem was fixed, now for the printer do you removed the fiery extension card?.
(and the "fierydriven" from slot1)??
