I have a customer that has a fiery connected to their MP c4503.
Unfortunately this is the only customer I have that is using a fiery.
when I select the Fiery button all I get is a Loading... Please Wait.

I guess you have tried restarting the fiery & copier?
Try restarting it in DL mode (Turn on the dip switchs) then set them back & restart failing that It sounds like you'll need to reinstall the fiery software.
