pro c5100 banner printing

we have a customer who wants to print a banner that is over the standard size set on the machine in the spec it said it can do a longer banners in the back of my mind I thought something needs to be changed on the copier and how do you change it then in the driver under custom size to set the longer specs has anyone set this up thanks

Here is the guide that my tech gave to me... my 5100 has a Fiery on it but I think these instructions are still correct.5100bannerprinting.pdf

On the older models it required you to use the printer version of the machine's PCL6 driver to set the length of the banner. The MFP version would MAX out at 24 inches.
