With out updated firmware I'm unsure how old copier SMB 1.0 internal settings would translate to the newer SMB 2.0,3.0. You can disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP in windows Local Lan tab in Network Sharing Center.

I'm unsure why forcing Port 139 to Port 445 would make any difference to SMB 2.0,3.0 as windows communicates on both ports prior to SMB connections. If "NetBIOS over TCP/IP" is disabled by default; I believe windows will only communicate on Port 445. Why would the older style copier SMB protocol 1.0 communicate with SMB 2.0,3.0 just because the port number has been forced to port 445 only ?
