    SC 442 MP C 5503

Here's a strange one loud noise from ITB cam mech, seems cam motor staying on,folLowed by SC 442,tested motor/senor in input/output mode all seem to be fine, swopped ITB unit, still the same so I can rule that out,as soon as the machine starts up does a self check the loud noise starts followed by SC 442,any thoughts? Going back today with Magenta toner supply unit, gear bracket & sensor.

    Sorry miss read there lol.
What about the itb cleaner? Sometimes you can get a build up of toner which causes a rubbing noise. That's the only noise I've seen on these machines so far

    Re: SC 442 MP C 5503-Solved

Magenta PCU was the culprit-blocked waste toner coil-coil twisted, this was after the waste toner mech was all blocked up as well as the K PCU waste coil, vacced out waste toner assembly, ran in output mode to make sure no broken coil & checked all other pcu's-fitted new magenta PCU,machine back up & RUNNING!

I had excessive cyan toner mess at the rear of the machine, interrupting the itb sensor.
