I have combed through the service manual for instructions to this and I sure can't find it... Any help would be appreciated Thanks so much !!

yeah, they don't put it in there, they want only certified techs getting in there.

It is provided during training. Since the instructor led course is no longer available, if you are an authorized Ricoh tech, login to the Ricoh Learning Institute site and take the self paced course.

It's also the same as it's always been - except for the new "C" button
