Normal PM cycle is 300K so 250K is not far off. I would say that either you are running slightly over toned or you are using third party supplies. Another possibility is machine is not getting the proper usage. If usage is too little, amount of toner dumped to the waste during auto process control becomes a larger percentage of total toner waste.
Normal PM cycle is 300K so 250K is not far off ( do u meant Even use original toner every 300k the waste toner will full?) of course i am using compatible toner but i had two units mp6500 one every 250k full but he other running 1 million
just only a few in waste toner bottle
Compatible toners do not work well with this machine. They dump toner everywhere, they overtone, they undertone. False economy. Also check your re-cyclying/classification unit on the dev unit. They are notorious for the mylar paddles coming off and not working ok. When I have the dev unit out for whatever other reason, I routinely check the re-cycle unit and find that I have to glue back the mylar paddles half the time, assuming I can find them.
As slimslob already said, usage could be the problem. Check the smc all list for jobs/PGS (SP 8-071).

The experience tech empties the waste toner as part of a regular PM. Saves having to drive an hour to the customer when it fills up a week or two later. We also tend to check them on every service call for the same reason. Let see 1M divided by 3 (a few) is 333K. Well with the the expected variance.
How old is your developer? Toner won't bind to developer thats worn out or contaminated with paper dust.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
How old is your developer? Toner won't bind to developer thats worn out or contaminated with paper dusrunning
running more than half million, but i got one unit mp 6500 developer running 700,000.00 ...the waster toner bottle only containt a liittle bit waste toner thats why i dont understand
never change any setting before, same toner same type of developer but the other unit easily get full
AFAIK these machines have a toner recycle/waste system. Is it possible that through settings it was forced not to open the waste solinoid until much higher readings than normal?
That would explain why the waste was almost empty.
