    MP C3002 Odd Color Copy

I have an MP C3002 that I printed a word doc on that was b/w with the underlined print as maroon. When i take that print and make copies of that doc and make a color copy either full color or auto color the maroon print on the page is black with maroon specks in it. 20170608103202120.pdf20170608130539636.pdf

    Thanks for any help
On a side note: I had another MP C3002 that when making a color copy of a page that was half maroon half yellow would print b/w depending on which way the orig was turned.

Have you tried running ACC (Auto colour Calibration) in user tools?

Why are you printing and then making copies? Select file - print and click the Properties button. Change Job Type from Normal Print to Document Server. You can then print the required number of copies from the Document Server. Eliminates color scanning errors
