MPC401 E32 firmware error

Hoping someone could help me out here!

Went to an mpc401 with SC400, cleaned the ID sensors all working fine, machine was still on base firmware, updated all, machine came to ready OK, lastly updatted the powersave firmware form v19-20 however after that finished & I rebooted its stuck showing E32 error reinsert SC card but it shows preperring Firmware update but then goes back to the same error!

Did you try the error reset? Key sequence is 143 C/S x3 afterwards you should get a beep. Restart machine with the firmware that was interrupted in the service slot.

The firmware module or SD card could be corrupted.

Yes I tried the reset procedure many times no luck!

I'm happy that the FW on the card is fine as I used it to update a half a dozen 401's in an office just a couple of days ago.

SD card data can degrade over time. Reburn the card before the attempt to recover.
