    Another solution please
If by "module" you mean the drum unit, I have seen a new machine with less than 500 copies with a chipped gear on the drum shutter.

I am with Slimslob on these flaps being flimsy to say the least.

The "good book" says that the cause of the code is either transfer roller or pcu flap that does not open completely.

Customers try to lift that flap during jam removal and they will make it jump time or even break teeth. They will deny it but I put a label on the outside of the flap that said "do not lift this cover" When it is open and in operating position, the label is folded up and out of the way. The only time it is seen is when the side cover is open. After putting that label on, mysteriously, they quit having problems with the shutter getting out of place.

Thanks for your response change the transfer roller but the bushings that hold it are stuck toner, clean transfer and disconnect the sensor ... I think I need to diagnose that ... I tell you if it was corrected.

Problems can also be caused by the customer slamming the right door closed.

I told you to perform preventative maintenance on the equipment and after turning on sc sc 411 and heard a strange noise produced by transfer roller I changed it and worked for a while after that the customer called me saying that he was scaling a sc 401
