Bad Print on Ricoh MP2501

Ho un problema con una MP2501.
Non sono un grande tecnico come voi, mi sto' facendo le ossa con queste stampanti, e purtroppo non ho frequentato nessun corso, ho a disposizioni i manuali della Ricoh quelli di servizio.
Veniamo al problema
Le stampe escono come da allegato.
Il foglio viene macchiato anche dietro purtroppo, non solo davanti
Ho provato con un altro gruppo pcu + tamburo + developer, ma il problema si presenta comunque.
Dove sbaglio?
Ho anche provato a reinizializzare developer ma il problema persiste
I rulli di presa carta sono puliti, come pure il registro-
Il laser non l'ho toccato
Sto' diventato matto, che problema ha?

I tried with another pcu + drum + developer group, but the problem is still there.
Where am I wrong?
I also tried to reinitialize developer but the problem persists
The paper pickup rollers are clean, as well as the register
The laser did not touch it
I've become crazy, what's wrong?

Hello you have to clean with a damp cloth the hot roller to fix it as this is your fused unit
