    Easy. You tase the pcu and then take it's gun away.

    I think he wants to reset an SP4510 printer PCU. They quit working at end of life. As far as I know there is no reset - the PCU chip ID is logged in the machine and prevents one from continuing to use it.

    Just replace the PCU.
