    Ricoh MPC8002 error SC371-01

    Hi all,

    I changed the developer of the machine and after changing all the developers YMCK and cycling the power I received error SC371-01.

    Issue resolved... there was something loose in the ID sensor...

    Problem resolved: We did a Engine Memory Clear: SP 5801-002


    But before doing the Engine Clear we backed up NVRAM to SD card. REBOOT COPIER
    Cleared Engine Memory. REBOOT COPIER
    Copier came up with a D2 jam. We had to go into SP 1134-001 and reset defaults. REBOOT COPIER
    Then we restored NVRAM. REBOOT COPIER
    Copier came back to normal operations... Customer tested printing and scanning no issues..


    But we were getting SC371-001, SC371-002, SC371-003 in SC History. Only SC371-001 would display on op-panel.
