    Old model.

Last update apart from the fax option was way back in 2011.

    Not ,
I have color problems. Reads the white background with ARDF as reddish, and
    with glass is greyish.
    Some recommendations ?
    P.S. Normal, cleaned optic.

That's got nothing to do with F/W.
This is in all likelihood caused by you, or someone else doing memory clear (SP801-001).
Hopefully the "non-default setting" sheet is inside the front cover. If so, start inputting the default settings to get it back.

    Sandmanmac,
I did it only once in my life (5-801), and never again (15 years ago). So this is not the cause of these scanning events.

I had a wacky issue like that a few years back. Run a full SMC report and look at the settings in the 4s. Check for values that are out of range of the others and then adjust it back towards the other color range. I had two or three SP settings that were way out of whack that caused a heavy green brown tint to the pages.
