    Ricoh address books

I am new here, and I have various Ricoh copier models I manage. I have a question concerning address books. Is there a way to decode/decrypt the .udf file after you backup the address book to your PC? I also work with Canon models, and their format is a breeze. Thanks.

If you use 'SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin' you should be able to export/import the address book from each Ricoh MFD as a .csv file.

Yes, it does not support all of the models I manage. It will open a management window, but with little more than information available.
