    Ricoh 5500 broken guide in tray

    A customer has a Ricoh 5500 with a broken guide on the large capacity tray. The piece is supposed to spring in to place, but the plastic that mounts to the spring is broken.

    Im not a Ricoh guy, and I'm having trouble finding the right part to order. I found the parts manualonline but it's not clear what part I need.

    Here is is a picture of the broken piece. It is the gray flap.

    Sorry, "Switch off. Its distracting" was meant as a joke, responding to the flashing add. It was not meant as a reply to this thread.
    I live in Johannesburg South Africa and have been able to repair trays for printers and scanners for people that cannot find replacement parts. This may not be viable in this case but sometimes is the solution.
