Recently encountered often can not scan to win10 problem
    Especially found this site

Forget about it, just use the internet scan save u lot of trouble instead of scan to folder.

The last production version of the Network Support firmware was v 5.20 and did not support scan to Windows 8 or later. A custom version was made available to the US, but it was not v 5.20.1. You can try contacting your regional Ricoh customer support, but they might not have the custom firmware.

Even with the custom firmware, you may still have problems as only the Cxx04 models with the Smart Operation Panel and the latest firmware will fully support SMB 2 and SMB 3. Without full SMB 3 support there is the possibility that a Microsoft Update will render SMB scan non functional.

Your best bet is to setup scan to FTP.

As I had said, 5.20 was the final production version. A custom version was generated for the US market. I do not know if it is available in any other market.

Do as others have already said; forget about SMB and either scan to FTP or Email. Much easier solution.

    Save yourself the headache.

Also considering that support for SMTP over SSL was introduced until the Cxx01 models, scan to email might not work.
