Mp C4502 address book issue

But not on the panel???

Does each address have a Title or added to the Frequent tab?

Where was this address book 'downloaded' from?
I'm guessing they have only filled in "Name" and not "Key display".
Maybe the address book was downloaded from an older/ smaller machine that didn't have the key display option like MP201?

If the address book was created using AD it won't be usable without the target machines settings set to use AD. If this was the case and you don't want to or cant set the the unit to use AD then the other option is to "change" each entry in the address book and adjust your permission settings.

Not a new address book just adding one name , shown in web interface but not on machine , have this problem once before an a resale machine had to reformat Harddrive fix the issue
