Ricoh Aficio MP1600 SC543 But fuser is OK

    Hello everybody

This machine came back to the shop after 1 month, back then was serviced and drum and developer were changed, everything fine, but now it comes back with a SC543 error,
I tested with another working fuser and still the same error,

I Checked all LVPS fuses and they¿re OK.
I ran the SP810 but when i push Print (the command is 0=no 1=yes reset, when I put 1+Start the display says Error !!!
I'm about to throw a rock to this one
(taking into account that is a warranty work) !!

    Any opinions are welcomed, thanks.

try this leave rt side door open then reset code turn off and back on with rt side door open. Should say door is open if it clear code properly. now cheat interlock switches and see if fuser heats up and says ready.

    SC Code Reset
    5810 1
Resets all level-A service call conditions, such as fusing errors. If the reset is
successful, the display shows "Completed." If the reset fails, an error message
    shows.

IF the thermistors and thermostats check OK, you may be looking at a power supply replacement.

You could have a wire harness problem.
