I have a customer need to use the machine as black and white only ..
and i need to be far away from any code related with color
" I know how to print as black and white , also i can use the permissions to prevent the users to copy in color "

The problem not only in this case but many SP program in this model "MPC6501" Like 2201
after i switch the machine off return to the defaults

    Thank you for fast reply

Thanks for you all to replay

But still i have a problem to keeping the values after switching the power OFF in many Sp code
    Like

    2201
    2108

The main question is How to change the value in SP2201 or SP 2108 from the default value to other value and force the machine to keeping those values after switching off

Thank you again, i already using MP black driver for printing and grant permissions for coping in color

My guess is that SP 2108 is for testing purpose only. SP 2201 is labeled as DFU which mean Design Factory Use. Stop trying to so things that the machine is not designed to do.

Why not just turn on user authentication, and restrict colour copying and printing? You go the whole way and create a user code that has colour authority, and the customer can decide who has use of it. There should be no need to mess around with SP modes, when all they want is basic restriction.

Either that or side-step to a B&W only machine.

    Thanks Ruben..

All answers concentrate into how to stop printing or copying in color " I can do this "
I'm focus into how to Chang in SP mode like sp2201, I'm using this SP as the instruction manual with sp3301 to control the the image and clear the dark background specially with BK

with MPC6000 , i can change 2201 the the machine saving the new numbers
but with MPC6501 after switching of all bombers return to the defaults
