Ricoh SP 5200s (M052) Constant "Add Paper"

Hey Everyone. Has anyone seen this before?

We have a customer who installed a Maintenance Kit that included the fusing unit and feed rollers ect... Since then, all 3 of the optional trays are in a constant "add paper" state. It looks like they installed everything correctly. I tested all of the sensors with input check and they check out fine except the trays don't seem to raise enough to trigger the Paper End Sensors.

I can't see inside the tray area to tell what is preventing the paper from raising all of the way up.

My customers break the out of paper sensors all the time but I doubt yours have broken all 3!
    Does it feed from bypas?

Try lifting the machine offthe paper back & reseat.

Lift the machine off the paper bank check the connection block.
    Updating the fw may help.
