Ricoh Remote Fax Connection Error

Currently refurbing an ex lease machine, Ricoh MP C4502, facsimile error as shown. Have tried to enter the facsimile setup section through system settings once logged in, however it just beeps at me (restricted menu access???)

Where do I go to delete or disable the remote fax connection type D, or the settings for it, all I want to is get rid of the red light on the display panel for the new client. They wont be requiring this function.

Have you tried reading the installation procedures it the service manual for the MP C4502 and reversing them? You will need the original SD card (FAX connection unit type B) to move the application back onto it.
