After replacing of pcu/dv the developer initalization was executed?
Did you try forced toner supply in sp? And how was the result of printout?
Does the toner bottle rotate (toner bottle motor) in outup check?
I use the whole pcdu D2020125 when the pm counter it allows. The cost advantage of the component parts is not so high (in Germany round about 60€). But you save a lot of time.

You say it lasted 4 months but how many prints had been done in that time? 100? 100,000?

If what others have advised you, such as checking the toner motor, toner hopper, initial developer and drum setting and have already done it, I would tell you to clean the magnetic roller and every streak of it.

on several occasions something similar to your problem has happened to me and this has solved

You did the right thing by changing SP3-629-001 (Vc Vsp) to 530 SP3-629-101 (Vb Vsp) to 330
Was there any improvment after you did that procedure?

Did you follow the proper procedure by going into service mode before you changed the developer? That model only initializes properly if you set the SP code for developer replacement before you replace the developer.
Before replacing the developer, set the setting of SP3-701-024 to “1” before turning off the main power. After replacing the developer, turn the machine back on and developer will be properly adjusted.
