Is there a setting to allow operator access to paper settings while machine is printing? Customer states they were able to for the first six months of the machine being here, but are now no longer able to access paper settings while printing (when Data In light is flashing blue)

not sure of what you want to do?
do they want to view what the settings are? ( that can be done by logging in with the web browser )

they cannot make changes to the paper setting while it is printing from a specific tray.. only one that isn't in use.. that would be done via control panel
