    SC 583-01 in Pro C7100

    Anyone encounter SC 583-01 in Pro C7100?
    already replaced feed motor cooling fan. same error

    Check the SC history. If there's a load of SC's you might have a PSU failure.
    Are all the blowers working at start up.
    In my case the machine had a blown fuse on the NYRB board (behind the paperfeedboard) due to a faulty PSU.
    I had to replace PSU nr 6. (in the center of the machine)
    Be carefull to discharge the PSU's first (they will bite you) and remove the mains.

    Hi, thanks for the info..
    There's a load of SC's in SC history all code is pointing in Fan. Working blowers only in left door,side of controller board. I already check all the power supply but not the NYRB board. Where is the PSU nr6 located?

    PSU 6 is near the purgetray, you have to slide it out from the back.
    Read the manual, all psu's are connected.

    Have fun

    Took me a few hours to make the right conclusion.
