adf 3010
Do you have good experience with swapping adf 3010 from mpc3500 to a mp4000?
I used to do this succesfully but now it indicates "original jam" at skew correction sensor.
I had the intire feed in unit (containing the sensors and paper feed rollers) swaped, no good.
Swaped main board, no good...
Could it be the swaping between different machines that cause this?
I do interventions and maintenance on those ADF's here in my atelier (easier to work) and when it is repaired, of it goes to maybe another type of machine.
Thank you for you reply.

copierman:
client complained about jams.
So, it was working +- fine before my PM (replacing guides, rollers, cleaning sensors).
Immediated after power on (on a c4000) it gave J001 (remove original from feeder).
Seems to be sp6007 -11 (skew sensor) that indicates 1 (in stead off 0).
So swaped the whole "above" feed in unit, DF main board.
(Other DF's are working fine on that mp4000).
I have used a vacuum cleaner to clean the sensors, i think i might have caused a stratic blast somehowe .

Re: adf 3010
also replaced harness (to the main board) of the above feed in unit.
Keep saying jam at skew sensor ...

Re: adf 3010
oh my!
The black reflection hole (of the skew sensor) on the black feed in guide reflect the photo sensor beam.
That is because i forgot to put in the adhesive anti-reflection path.
Thanks for your time, copierman.
