    Hi there!
Take a close look at the ptr. Had it 2 times, that the pressure-lever (with spring) was not in the correct position.
    Hope this helps.
    Greetings...

    Condensation?? (After shipping?)
    ALSO
silly (?) Question, have you shipped the machine full of paper? Is it damp?
    Change the paper!

+1 for the damp paper....Metis HATE damp paper.
I've seen them print with very little image on the page due to damp paper.

    Greetings...
Zeldaman, this i will do shortly, because after cleaning the laser unit (and polygon's) problem still exists...
Funny thing is that, when duplexing, the second printed side on that (same) paper has a better saturation.
But... that could be because when duplexing the second side, the transfer current is higher...
So, i will inform you all shortly...

The spring of the paper transfer roller was in the good position.
Replaced the paper transfer roller with a new one, no good...
    Other F.U., no good.
We have now the same problem on a c3501... Cleaned the laser shield glas and polygon M.'s, no good...
Even tried Ricoh paper from a new package, no good.
The only thing i can see is ITB. But with 69K that's a little early, is n't it?

    Hi there!
Yes, itīs a littlbit early. But there was a RTB about breaking / loose wireīs in the ITB-unit. Itīs worth a try.
    Greetings...
