MPC3002 internal fooling fan is active.

    Hi

I have a MPC3002 that will give a message in the bottom left corner of the screen "Internal cooling fan is active" when i switch the machine off. This will be displayed even when the machine has not been used for a while.

The machine also have intermittent fuser problems, so i was wondering if this message is not maybe related.

    Thanks guys

    Hi there!
The message is OK, has nothing to do with the fuser. For this, change or rebuild fuser and make a complete fw-update.
    Greetings...

    Hi. OK

Firmware is up-to-date. Complete fuser has been replaced. Still getting unfused areas. Areas repeats are usually 95mm apart.

    Hi there!
Thatīs strange, īcause for the fuser you have 126mm space. Is it a complete new fuser, or changed parts ? Thereīs only 1 sleeve-roller for all 02īs. Maybe itīs the fuser-motor.
    Greetings...

There's a modified exit motor for stupid fusing issues like this.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.
