2852 SC 121
I have a customer with an MP 2852 that started throwing an SC 121. According to the Goose Guide there was a bulletin for this issue: TSB 002. Does anyone have a copy of this, before I go the 110 miles to look at the machine?

Re: 2852 SC 121
This is from Ricoh UK so may not be the relevant TB, as we use different reference numbers.

Re: 2852 SC 121
Ricoh USA bulletin D120/D121/D122/D139/D140/D141 – 002
SYMPTOM:
SC120 or SC121 occurs when making a copy of a thick, heavy book or similar object using the exposure
glass.
CAUSE:
The scanner carriage touches the front frame when the user pushes down on the
original
SOLUTIONS:
• Advise users not to push down on the original when making copies using the Exposure Glass.
• If the SC still occurs, replace the center rubber cushion from the Exposure Glass with new style cushion (P/N - B2231833) ( Replace Center Cushion Procedure on page 2).
• If the SC still occurs, replace the LED Ass’y (P/N – D1201734) with the new style part on page.
PM me with your email address is you need a copy of the complete bulletin.
