    I think that's why they do it, it supplements official training.
    Do you really think if I had been to Ricoh training I would ask this question? Canon must have been crazy to tell us how to enter service mode while in class.

    I think I will wait and see if it's a problem and deal with it then. Years ago when most copiers used developer if it got over toned we would run sky shots to remove toner and re set it up.
