MPC5504 default setting for memory storage device

Hi guys, it's been a long time since I visited, so please accept my apologies.

I have a customer with an MPC5504ex, and they want to set the default setting for printing from a memory storage device to black & white, does anyone know of a way to do this, I have searched with no joy.

Attached is from User Guide - Print - Using the Print/Scan(Memory Storage Device) Function Print-scan-memory-device.pdf

In case the Print/Scan(Memory Storage Device) Function is not available and Printer (Classic) function Icon has been setup it is the same as for the previous models.

Thanks Tim, but that just shows how to change the settings for a print job, not how to change the default settings. The print/scan from memory storage device app is installed.

I would say use the Classic Printer function and see if you can set the defaults there.

I'll try that next time I go to one of these machines, but, if it's anything like the scanning apps, then you have to set the defaults individually for each app

The Classic functions operate exact the same as on machines without the SOP. This includes setting defaults.
