I want to reset this machine to érase all nfo

What exactly do you want to erase?

SP 5801-XXX can be used to clear certain areas of memory. DO NOT DO SP 5801-001 OR SP 5801-002 AS THAT WILL OPEN A HUGE BAG OF WORMS.

SP 5846-046 in Factory Service will reset supervisor and all administrator passwords.

SP 5846-050 will clear all address books.

SP 5816-209 will clear @Remote settings.

If you wish to clear the Total counters, there is no SP setting. It is also illegal in most parts of the world.
