    Aficio 3260C Dev spillage

I have a problem with a AF 3260c color copier. The machine has got 320k scans on the black PCU. When you make a copy you get small dev. spots, which rubs off, on the copies. I did do SP3820 002 and SP2111 001 after replacing the drum. I found some dev. on the dev unit mylar aswell as in the cleaning unit. The drum now has scratch marks on which was probably done by the dev in the cleaning unit.

    Any ideas?

I take it that when you say the black PCU has 320K scans on it that you are referring to copies. The black dev (B2009640) is rated for 300K and the Drum Charge Roller Ay (B1322270), Drum Cleaning Blade (B1323560), and Drum Lubricant Bar (B1323573) are rated for 150K. The Drum Cleaning Brush (B1323555) and Joint PCU (B1323600) are both rated for 300K. I think I would do all of them together especially at this point in time.
