MP C3503 repeats image

Hello everyone.


MP C3503 with 206,000 copies and replaced the heat sleeve for being scratched.

The problem is that both the new sleeve and the previous one do not fix the toner well in the color copies, especially in solid areas, it repeats the image.
I want to adjust the melting temperature a bit. The SP tables in temperature settings are very wide.
You know that SP adjust for a normal type of paper ?
The manual says not to touch the pressure when coming factory adjusted, although I will try to touch them a bit.
Someone has had problems with this model with the fixing of toner.

Before messing around with the SPs I'd change the paper settings first, e.g. from "normal" to "medium" - this will have the same effect. Did you order the correct sleeve unit? I think there are different part numbers for the different MPCxxx3.

From sample it looks like problem is with only with Cyan.
Red color (Yellow + Magenta) is perfect without any distortion OR trailing.
Where ever cyan is used, some kind of problem.

R U sure that cyan toner is good and no any other effects.

ive seen this a couple of times and its the pressurerollers ball bearings not in place, Just take of the sleeve again and you will see that one or both ballbearings have slipt of its holder.

I think Fuser ball-bearings will give problem in all the colors and not in particular one. Also it will affect the complete page. Check for the red color, it is perfect.

Is it paper suitable for printer/kopier, or only offset?

i rise temperature for plain and recyclyng paper to match those to midle tick ,
problem solved (at my case only black is repeating , colors is fine)
I use not genuine toners
