Ricoh mpc3501 (additional information about the port is required)

Hello friends, I would like to know if anyone had this message.

When installing the MPC3501 printer via TCP / IP, show this message.
    I successfully ping the printer.
Provide with an MPC2551, and do not show me that message, so the PC is fine.

I would like to know what port, you are giving me this message when installing.

    Thanks for the answers

It means that the computer is not getting the proper response from the device. Usually it means that the printer is either off or is off line or out of paper. It could be that the print function is not enabled in SP mode. Were the TCP/IP settings on the C2551 exactly the same as on the C3501?

Its depend on operating system pc that u are using. The devices cannot recognize copier network card. But usually can use it. Just make sure that ur driver for printer model is right. but if cant use for print, try check ur ip address, make sure when u ping network is reply.
