Removed device and re-installed using MP2851 PCL6 driver for Win 10 x64
Only seems to have issue with Quickbooks.
Trays 1 and 2 show up, and 3 and 4 show unavailable.
Also tried Ricoh Universal driver and MP2550 PCL, same issue.

Do the trays show as installed under the accessories tab in the printer dialog box? Maybe you need to manually select them.
You could also try the PCL 5e driver. I seem to have far less issues with that one.
Having said that, I've also run across a few programs -especially web based, that simply don't recognize all available paper trays no matter what. I'm not sure if that's the case here.
It sounds like you may be like me, and often expected to find a solution for EVERTYHING for your customers. It can be very frustrating.
Like you said, the printer prints properly from all other programs. Suggest they take it up with Intuit if the basic solutions don't work.
In the dialogue box trays 3 and 4 just show an exclamation point next to them and can not be selected.
I will try the pcl 5e driver when I go back, it sure seems like driver issue.
and yes, like you I seem to always end up trying to fix non machine related issues too.
Thanks, I will check that too.
If the paper bank is not set in accessories, trays 3 and 4 will not be available. Also check paper tray settings in User Tools.
