    Ricoh mp 5000

    I have an Ricoh mp 5000. Someone locked the machine and I don't know what the default user name or password is. Is there an master username/password? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    login as supervisor with no password and then you can change admin password, if thats your issue.

    I tried supervisor. But that didn't work.

    On mine, admin was case-sensitive (all lowercase, no uppercase for username)

    I just bought mine with this kind of problem too. The solution was to change the NVRAM.

    Unfortunately, you could have done it without changing the nvram
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
