    The wsd feature is turned off on the machine. And customers pc uses the original pcl6 driver. No universal or built-in driver.

    Have you checked to be sure. Windows 10 likes to install everything as a WSD port. Just because there is a PCL6 driver installed does not mean that it is the driver being used. If Windows auto detected the device, you might have a driver using the WSD device and Microsoft's Ricoh class driver. Both of which will cause slow printing.
