Hello guys, got a client with an MP C2001 which is not sending scans to their emails. When you send the scans, the machines says scan completed and returns to 100%. The machine just stopped scanning from no where. I verified the smtp authantication settings and they are all correct. Tested smtp server connection and it was successful Find attached the email settings from WIM. Please help.
I had the same issue on a call this week.
When i had a look at the customer's Outlook it had been set up using IMAP so Outlook thought it was on a smartphone rather than a PC lol.
Outlook had been configured without a Sent folder or a Junk/Spam folder.
So my theory is that it WAS going to the junk folder but because Outlook didn't have a Junk folder you couldn't access the emails.
Kicked it back to their I.T.
