MPC4501 Photo quality any good?

as for using k drums as CMY on the mpc4501, there is minor modification needed.
you want to refer to the "drum cheat sheet" which has been developed by some very knowledgable poster(s) on this forum

Woohoo it arrived!

As it had been stored in a cold warehouse, I've left it to stabilize in temperature and humidity before powering up.

Yes cant say I have ever used a hammer on a copier, very tempted at times but dont carry one in the toolkit!

No that was for the bracket that attaches the finisher to the mfc - it was bent during transit so I removed it and returned it to it's original shape with my 'Manchester Screwdriver' (Brit joke)

It's in a lot better condition than the last Xerox DC242 that I bought. It also has something installed in Slot A I/F which I need to investigate - fingers crossed it's a WiFi card - but there was no Postscript SD card so just ordered one as we use Macs.
