    That's a repeating pattern on all colours and the only part common to all those is the PTR. Try replacing that.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Could also be the ITB unit, most likely the roller that the PTR presses against, or the fusing unit.

    Where these samples printed LEF?

    If so, the gap between the patterns, as they repeat, is very close, so it should be a small circumference roller that is causing it, like the PTR.

    If it was on the belt, it would be very curious that the pattern repeats exactly so close together.

    Unless like I said it was the roller under the belt that the PTR presses against, if replacing the PTR does not correct the problem.

    It may be an idea to remove the belt of the ITB frame and check all the rollers for foreign matter that is stuck to them.... like you said.
