MP2553SPF SC144-00 Error

Every time I boot it up It, goes in to this error.
I replaced the following.
SBU (Lens Holder Assy)
SIO Board
IPU Board
BCU Board
Power Signal Harness

Some times when I power on it says ADF Cover Open but then proceeds to go in to error
Also If I pull the scanner to the right no Activity. Pretty sure its supposed to move to home position then turn on exp lamp.
Also, I tried to turn on exposure lamp with output code. Doesn’t come on and freezes the display.
I have a case with Ricoh but wanted your guys thoughts probably something dumb Im not seeing

This happened over the weekend a couple weeks ago they have a loaner so its in the shop. It was plugged into same line as a fridge with no surge protection just an FYI.

It was the paper feed clutch. It was routed wrong and shorting to frame. Loss of 24 volts to important things like the SBU
