can I scan to folder wth windows 10/8 with the firmware on this mpc3002?

I have to be able to scan to windows 10 and 8 for this account that i just finished getting this used machine ready to deliver..
I have not asked for the latest for the mpc3002 as i dont want to come off greedy.
Therefor if what is loaded here is plenty I wont have to deal with a long set up.

If its more than a couple of desktop use scan to email. If not use filezilla server ftp.

Try a test scan with your own win 10 laptop before you install it, if smb scans fails you'll only need a fw update much easier to trouble shoot before you get it onsite.

Instead of trying to take pictures of the display with all the glare that has why not use SP 5992-005 to export the Diagnostic Report to a SD card and attach that or print SP 5990-005 ans scan it. Either way we get a one page PDF with all the firmware on it. That being said i it does appear that you have NCS v 11.96 which supports Windows 8 and later. With the latest Windows security updates you may have to enable SMB 1 support, provided of course that the customer's IT will allow it.

thanks i couldn t print out due to 20 degree temps in my non heated garage..
i pulled the machine inside and let it warm up and this is my FW.

Wrong. He already has all the current versions needed to scan to Windows 8 or later.
