is it possible to move the address book from a ricoh to a kyocera?
After you backup the address book in WIM, I believe that Ricoh has a utility that will convert it to a CSV spread sheet. Tech support talked me through it a few years ago when I had customer who wanted to import the address book from their MFP in a LAN FAX driver.
device manager nx lite (ricoh), i found to d/l the ricoh address book, supposedly kmnet viewer for Kyocera will import, but havent found the option to do that yet.
I've not had much luck with that. Kyocera addressbook backups are encrypted, and require the special utility to edit or convert for another Kyocera format (different model different encryption). It is not ever in the unencrypted simple CSV format. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When using the Kyocera Netviewer you must choose the "Multi Machine" option. Watch the options carefully as there is three. Eventually you should be able to get to the csv import. The Ricoh Smart Devie Monitor is still available on the service side of the site. I prefer it over the Device Manager NX myself.
It's not work at direct way. You have to create a kyo conform net viewer csv file.
It's take time to edit and filter (import) the ricoh adressbook format to a semicolon separated file in notepad++.
I suggest you to copy and and paste from WIM to the Command Center on the fly. The customer pays that. This is an extra and
the customer has to pay for the extra work. If the customer only has 10, 15 adressbook entrys so then the special editing work is not worthwhile.
