I’m still facing this issue, customer is asking for proof that the machine can not officially print totally “borderless” before I pass it back to the salesman i’m looking for an official document to back up the SRA3 option, cant see any info on this from Ricoh.
I also remember from training I will need to fit an SRA3 kit? (longer PTR if memory serves)
