Mpc5501 scan to email error

OK client has been scanning just fine suddenly they’re getting this error message when scan to email again we are not scanning to folder we are scanning to email notice the error that popped up

Transmission has failed. Insufficient memory in the destination hard disk. To check current status press (Scanned Files Status)

Any thoughts?

check if scanning in color also check scan memory should be off or set to maximum

check under scan settings or file transfer default size is 2200mb increase to 124000mb

Since it says in the destination hard drive I would have the customer see if their inbox is full.

Nothing to do with destination HHD error is from machine HHD being restricted do to large file size
check scan settings default is 2200mb

also check the scanner journal isn't full. we usually set it to do not print delete oldest...

I've seen this exact error when the SMTP server is dropping the job for exceeding the file size quota. I think by default for IIS it's something like 20mb.
