Argh never seen a ops panel screen go like that before, it's like it's just crashed.
To be honest doing a memory all clear has probably made things even worst I'm afraid.
But...
- Try seeing if you can get to the WIM and see if there is service code displayed that will point you in the right direction.
- Try reloading the firmware.
- Or maybe try another ops panel, controller or HDD.
It's a bit of a weird one as a MP C2051 does not have fusing oil, so I've no idea why it would display that message. :-S

Corrupted control control panel board memory/firmware. Reflashing the LCDC firmware might help. You will have to use the Remote firmware through WIM. If that dies not correct the problem, you will need to replace the board.
If you did an All Memory Clear, SP 5801-001, I hope you have the birth certificate.

All memory clear should be the very last thing to try.
Update ALL the fw modules would be my first step.

try formatting the HDD 5832-001 and then do 5853-001 to restore firmware data to the HDD
Could also be infiltration of a fluid.
Replace or swap op.panel, i would start with.

some asshole change the panel because the fax button cracked with defferent model panel
